Job Description

We are seeking a certified and experienced Drone Pilot Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to aspiring and current drone pilots, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and compliance as outlined by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical drone training sessions in accordance with DGCA regulations.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, course outlines, and instructional videos.
• Assess and evaluate the competence of trainees through written tests, practical exams, and flight demonstrations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest drone technologies, regulations, and industry practices.
• Ensure all training drones and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist trainees in understanding the legal, ethical, and operational aspects of drone piloting.
• Coordinate with the DGCA and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all training operations.
• Provide mentorship and support to trainees to enhance their career development in the drone industry.
• Manage and report on trainee progress and course effectiveness to senior management.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications:

• Certified by the DGCA with a valid Drone Pilot Instructor license.
• Proven experience as a drone pilot with a strong understanding of drone mechanics and technology.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in developing educational content and training modules.
• Proficient in the use of drone simulation software.
• Background in aviation or related fields.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
