- To ensure high level of safety while driving a vehicle on road.
- To write down all the verbatim of customer on the job card at the time of receiving vehicle.
- To take vehicle inventory along with customer while picking up or dropping the vehicle.
- To follow other directions given in \xe2\x80\x98Pick & Drop\xe2\x80\x99 SOPs.
- To ensure no damage to the vehicle and follow driving and parking SOPs meticulously.
- To ensure prompt and timely service to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
