Job Title: Driver Trainer (Automobile)Job Summary:A Driver Trainer (Automobile) is responsible for teaching new drivers the skills and knowledge necessary to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently. The trainer will provide instruction, guidance, and evaluation to ensure drivers meet company standards and comply with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Training and Instruction:Develop and deliver training programs for new drivers, focusing on defensive driving techniques, vehicle safety inspections, and company policies.Conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel training sessions.Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to improve their skills.Driver Evaluation:Assess driver performance and provide constructive feedback.Conduct road tests to evaluate driver proficiency.Identify areas for improvement and develop remedial training plans.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure drivers understand and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., traffic laws, hours of service).Verify drivers\' qualifications and documentation (e.g., licenses, medical certificates).Safety and Risk Management:Emphasize safety procedures and best practices.Investigate accidents/incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.Monitor driver performance to identify potential safety risks.Record Keeping and Administration:Maintain accurate records of training sessions, driver evaluations, and certifications.Update driver files and database records.Prepare reports on training effectiveness and driver performance.Collaboration and Communication:Work with management to identify training needs and develop training programs.JOB APPLYCONTACT - NAMRATA - 9109999660
