Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Driver Supervisor at Aadinath Bulk Pvt Ltd. The Driver Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, coordinating driver schedules, and resolving any driver-related issues. The Driver Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring driver performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Valid driver's license
Good understanding of safety regulations
Ability to work well under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Experience : 2 to 3 years
Shift Time : 4:30 AM To 10 AM & 03:00 PM To 10:30
Age Limit : 35 To 45
Vacancies : 5 to 6
salary Range: 18k To 22k
