This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of a company representative and a driver, ensuring the efficient delivery of our products while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and dedicated to representing our company positively. Key Responsibilities:
- Driving and Delivery:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to various locations, including retail stores, healthcare facilities, and clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Load and unload products, ensuring they are handled with care.
- Customer Representation:
- Act as the face of the company, providing courteous and professional service to all customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Assist with order processing and preparation as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and provide receipts as required.
- Additional Duties:
- Assist with promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations as needed.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably with delivery responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and communication.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with the local area and delivery routes.
