We are hiring for Drayage Dispatcher.Location- Phase 8B, Mohali, PunjabShift Timing- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AMBenifits-Cab facility- 5 day working- Positive work environment- Cash prize for best performerKey Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of shipping containers from ports to designated locations.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for drayage operations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any problems that arise during transport.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, container movements, and driver logs.
- Assist with the tracking and management of container inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
