OVERALL ROLE

In this role, you'll be expected to bring your problem-solving skills to the forefront to overcome drawing update challenges. You'll manage and drawing activities and make sure that everything is on track within the appropriate way. To ensure high-quality work, you'll need to collect clients' requirements and fully understand them. You'll then build proper drawing management procedures that match the clients' every want and need, and closely work together with the design team to drive the project requirements to successful completion if any. Part of your job scope is to drive and manage value engineering administrative part--from beginning to end.

Coordination with City Chief Engineer & Project Team for collection of As built Drawings .

Required changes in drawings instructed by City Chief Engineer / Facility Manager.

Sitting on top of all drawing of India Properties

Necessary knowledge & hands on experience on of Building information modeling (BIM)

You'll plan and drive administrative report meetings with clients and stakeholders.

You'll make sure that you coordinate with designers /project coordinators to get the proper drawing after completion of project.

Pushing things in the right direction

Drawing Documentation as per Clients requirement.

You'll need to work out a practical drawing and organize as all can easily refer the same.

You will be involved in engineering administrative and data management for the engineering services.

Ideal Experience

Qualifications- Desired experience and technical skills

An active practitioner in AutoCAD including BIMS Building Information Management team

5 years' experience in project management

proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite BIMS Revit.

Also, good Knowledge of Microsoft office.

Preferred

A drawing expert with administrative skills

You'll need a strong technical background.

A confidence builder

Excellent communicator, with good verbal and writing skills.
