Job Description

Position: Draughtsman/Woman

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

-Create and modify plans, sections, elevations, and layouts based on project specifications.

-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate representation of design concepts.

-Assist in the selection and specification of materials such as tiles, paints, and finishes, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

-Interpret and create structural drawings, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards..

-Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technological advancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

-Knowledge of material selection and finishes, including tiles, paints, and other construction elements.

-Understanding of structural drawings and design principles.

-Ability to adapt to new company software, tools, and workflows.

-Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
