Job Title: Autocad Draughtsman (MEP)
Location: On-site/Office (Kozhikode)
Duration: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
• Provide design inputs for plumbing, electrical and fire designs and drawings
• Prepare layouts, plans, and detailed designs as per project specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or design modifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project guidelines.
• Maintain organized documentation and records of drawings and revisions.
• Provide construction teams with technical drawings and specifications for execution.
• Resolve on-site drawing-related queries and provide clarifications as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure dimensions and details are accurate.
• Deliver drawings and revisions within project timelines.
• Stay updated with advancements in drafting software and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and civil engineering principles.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to project tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
