Draughtsman
Job Description
• Preparing 2D and 3D models of physical structures or products using various software
• Developing detailed drawings of various products, structures
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and designers to create innovative designs and plans
• Conducting research and gathering information to ensure the accuracy of designs
• Reviewing and analysing blueprints, specifications and other technical documents
• Making revisions to designs as required and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Communicating with other members of the design team to meet project deadlines
• Creating documentation of design work for record keeping and future reference
