Job Description

We are seeking passionate and experienced Freelance Drama Teachers to join our team. As a freelance Drama Teacher, you will have the flexibility to work with students remotely or in various locations, delivering personalized instruction based on individual needs and goals. You will be responsible for developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and nurturing a love for theatre in your students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group drama lessons in person or online.
• Develop customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs and goals of each student.
• Provide instruction in various aspects of acting and theatre, including (but not limited to) acting techniques, voice and speech, movement, improvisation, and script analysis.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods and materials as necessary.
• Encourage and motivate students, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
• Prepare students for performances, auditions, and examinations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in acting and theatre-related skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Drama, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a freelance or per session/hourly capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching drama.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
