Job Summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Drama and Theater Teacher to inspire students through the performing arts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theater, acting, and stage production, along with a commitment to fostering creativity and confidence in students.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an engaging theater curriculum that aligns with international standards.
• Conduct acting, scriptwriting, voice modulation, and improvisation lessons.
• Organize and direct school plays, skits, and drama competitions.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate drama into interdisciplinary learning.
• Guide students in developing public speaking, storytelling, and stage presence.
• Manage stage productions, including script selection, rehearsals, costumes, and set design.
• Encourage students to participate in external theater events and competitions.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them grow in performance and confidence.
• Maintain an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Theater Arts, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience teaching drama/theater to school students (IB/International curriculum experience preferred).
• Strong acting, directing, and stage management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passionate about working with children and fostering creativity.
• Experience in lighting, sound, and technical aspects of theater is a plus.
