Draftsperson
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various residential projects, ensuring they meet safety standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed engineering designs and plans for residential projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Use engineering software and tools for analysis and simulations to optimize project designs.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards and specifications are met.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Drafter or related fields.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., Revit AutoCAD), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with construction methods and materials.
• Good skills in English.

Pay: ?11,450.28 - ?26,275.62 per month
