Job Title: Junior Draftsman (AutoCAD)

Reports to: Senior Draftsman/Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Draftsman to join our team. As a Junior Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings and designs using AutoCAD software. Your primary focus will be on estimating building quantities, taking off, and planning work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create accurate and detailed drawings and designs using AutoCAD software

- Estimate building quantities and prepare take-offs

- Assist in planning and organizing projects

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Maintain accurate records and databases

- Stay up-to-date with new software and technologies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

- Proficiency in AutoCAD software

- Strong drafting and design skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with building codes and regulations

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ?9,112.27 - ?12,000.00 per month
