Position: DRAFTSMAN INTERIORS (only male candidates)high-end interiors Location: Noida sec- 8 , UttarPardesh Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5-6 years Salary : 45,000 to 55,000 ( per month) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Interior Draftsperson with 5-6 years of experience in high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in detailed drafting, coordination with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, doing site visits. Strong expertise in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, SketchUp, and Photoshop is essential. The candidate will play a key role in vendor coordination and ensuring seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities Create detailed interior design drawings and plans using AutoCAD(working drawing\xe2\x80\xa6drawings). Develop high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations using SketchUp and Photoshop. Ensure drawings meet all technical specifications and client requirements. Ensure all MEP components are accurately represented in the plans. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to the interior design. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings. Assist in client meetings to present design concepts and updates. Address client feedback and incorporate changes into the design. Skills and Qualifications Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 5-6 years of experience in interior drafting, most preferably in high-end residential interior projects. Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed drafting. Skilled in MS Office for documentation and communication. Expertise in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization. Proficiency in Photoshop for rendering and presentations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
