Job Overview :
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our design team. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans based on the designs provided by architects and interior designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Drawings : Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Collaboration : Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Revisions and Updates : Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design team and changes in project specifications.
• Material Specifications : Include accurate material specifications and dimensions in drawings to ensure clarity and precision.
• Compliance : Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Documentation : Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.
• Site Visits : Conduct site visits to gather measurements, verify existing conditions, and ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Coordination : Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any drawing-related queries and ensure smooth project execution.
• Software Proficiency : Utilize CAD software and other design tools to produce high-quality drawings and renderings.
• Quality Control : Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all drawings before submission.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman in an architectural or interior design firm.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
