The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: A Drafting and Modeling engineer from instrument will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. He/ She should be expert and responsible for designing of all/ some of the following who should be able to Equipment Mechanical Design: Understand, prepare and review of Block Flow Diagram (BFD), PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and Process & Instrument Diagram (P & ID), Cause & Effect diagrams, Alarms list, vendor drawings for all three disciplines (Elect/Inst/Mech), equipment index, equipment data sheets, interpreting vendor manuals, etc. Must have a knowledge on Name Plates and hook-up specifications for Equipment. Drafting of conceptual, preliminary and detail for static equipment (Columns, Vessels, Tanks, Separators, Filters, HRSG, OTSG, WHRU, Furnace). Prepare & review of 2D & 3D models(using UGNX10) for mechanical equipment (Columns, Vessel AC, piping supports, aux. Structures supports, Lifting devices, WHRU & HRSG Structures). Prepare the Pumps, Air & N2 Compressors, Fan and Blowers, etc.\'s m echanical specification, purchase spec. Prepare Assembly & Construction drawings for skids/packages/Equipment like air cooler and their integration. Supply specifications emissions and review. Ensure timely execution timeline of project and Back-log clearance, if required. Assist with the approval of external suppliers. Assist with developing and maintaining processes, procedures and standards for technical design. Select/verify/prepare, perform and check detailed technical designs (including calculations, drawings, risk assessments, design certificates). Good at UGNX Assemblies, Cloning, Associated Detailing, Sketch Base Modeling, UGNXLayer, Expressions. Added advantage, if create Base plate Modeling & Drafting with Bill of Material Generation. Exposure in Mechanical Routing Module, Plant/Skid Piping Design, General Arrangement drawings, Supports drawing, Isometrics, Detail Drawings& comfortable in execution of engineering activities in UGNX. Machinery Civil Foundation & Mechanical Purchaser connection drawing. Machinery Baseplate Construction and machinery assembly. Walkways & Grating and Piping General Arrangement. Support the peer review process rigor, defect prevention and leveraging of best practices within the team. Obtain independent checks and/or third-party technical approvals. Competency/ Technical Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical. Ability to understand and implement design standards and configuration. Knowledge of international codes like ANSI, ASME,API. API certification is an advantage. Fluency in English, oral/ written communication, leadership, team building/problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the -other teams Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Assist with promoting best practice internally. Assist with promoting the Company to customers Document Management in TCE Technical Discussion with Customer Checklist, PDCA and knowledge management Maintain quality & on-time delivery Tools Skill: Must have exposure on AutoCAD 2D, UG NX (UGNX10) Desired skills: Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in an engineering position for Turbomachinery\'s disciplines in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical/Power sector. Should possess good knowledge on various types of compressors, Turbines and pump.
