The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: A Drafting and Modeling engineer from instrument will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. He/ She should be expert and responsible for designing of all/ some of the following who should be able to Understand BFD (Block Flow Diagram), PFD (Process Flow Diagram) and Process & Instrument Diagram (P & ID). Must have a knowledge on Name Plates and hook-up specifications for Electrical equipment. Understand various legend symbols of piping, Instrumentation, Mechanical Equipment, Electrical equipment, Electrical Control system, control logic, Flow elements, various types of connectors, Valves, Piping specialty items, lines, equipment layouts and their applications in PFD and P &ID\'s. Responsible for deliverables related to drafting and Modeling. 2D Layouts, 3D modelling, installation details drawings (Hook-up), MTOs. Preparation of Single line diagram, electric load list, Interconnection drawing. Preparation of Electrical signal list, Cable sizing, cables List. Preparation of Electrical cable/Room Layout, Architecture for plant control systems (e.g. DCS, PMS) interface. Draft HV/MV/LV Systems datasheets including transformers, emergency diesel generator and panels, including other electrical equipments. Prepare 2D layout/diagrams/drawings for HV/ LV Panels, Transformers, Diesel Generators, Direct Current Panels (DCP), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Batteries, Lighting system, power distribution, primary/secondary grounding system, Management System (EMS) or Power Management System (PMS), Heat tracing design, integration design with GT / CCGT power plant. Prepare drawings for E-House / Local electrical room design, Turn-key design (technical specification, preliminary layout, HVAC typology, F&G typology, cables routing and interconnections design, etc.). Preparation 3D Model for equipments, cable trays, cabinet, JB\'s, etc. Prepare/draft the requisitions for Plant Electric Panels and Equipment. Draft Material Requisition Specification & Installation Details/Schematics, calculation reports. Support Electrical engineer to draft a scope of finalized Basic Design and Requisition for modularize scope: Basic Design, Requisition Specification & Vendor Design Follow-up 3D model Integration. Able to extract BOM and MTO\'s directly from 3D modeling, also able to prepare manually. Commissioning spares, 2 years operations spare parts, Calibration kit requirement listing. Required Qualifications & Competencies: Competency/ Technical Skills: Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills. Experience with P&IDs, equipment data sheets, interpreting vendor manuals, Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the -other teams Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Tools Skills: CHALMLITE5 for lighting), ETAP for Cable Sizing), AutoCAD 2D for Interconnection Schematic), AVEVA E3D, SP3D, Naviswork. Desired skills: Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Experience in an engineering position for Turbomachinery\'s disciplines in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical/Power sector.
