Core Purpose of the Role: Responsible to develop platforms for process chromatography, UFDF operations, viral filtration and author process development reports.

Role Accountabilities

• Planning and execution of experiments associated with process development, and associated activities including document and sample submission.
• Handling of purification systems -AKTA Pure, AKTA pilot and TFF system.
• Designing of purification processes for novel fusion antibodies; antibody fragments and other new formats.
• Planning and execution of experiments associated with process development, and associated activities including document and sample submission.
• Interaction with relevant cross functional team for smooth functioning of the development activities as required.
• Regular review and documentation of lab notebook.
• Scale down studies and support for manufacturing operations.
• Compilation of experimental data for further evaluation.
• Authoring technical reports and communicating the key findings.
• Procurement of consumables, sample inventory maintenance and lab maintenance.
• Design experiment for developing the process and manage team of scientist.
• Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ of new equipment installation and enable equipment related QMS.
• Participate in publication efforts and presentations at conferences.
• Supervise associate scientists in lab activities.

Experience: M.Sc (6-12 years)/M.Tech with (3-9 years) of relevant work experience

Skills and Capabilities

• Support the team with basic activities such as preparation of buffers and reagents.
• Designing of purification processes for novel fusion antibodies; antibody fragments and other new formats.
