Job Title: .NET Developer [HRMS&PAYROLL]

Experience: 2 years

{6 Months Contract Requirement in Surat on site}

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET applications for HRMS and Payroll systems.

- Implement and enhance features related to employee management, time and attendance, payroll processing, and related functionalities.

2. System Integration:

- Integrate HRMS and Payroll modules with existing enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.

- Collaborate with database administrators to design and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve software defects and issues.

- Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of developed applications.

4. Documentation:

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all aspects of the software development life cycle.

- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

5. Stay Current:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.

- Participate in professional development activities and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a focus on HRMS and Payroll systems.

3. Strong proficiency in:

- C# and .NET framework.

- Database design and SQL programming.

- Web technologies such as ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

4. Experience with Crystal Reports.

5. Knowledge of PAYROLL & HRMS domain is essential.

6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
