Understand the architectural requirements.
Good in Hands on coding.
Create High level to low level design.
Artificats what kind of documents.
Create a class diagram and also good in design patterns.
DB- Preferrable Oracle (or any DB is also fine).
Understand the stored procedures, triggers and complex queries.
Front End Tool: any knowledge / experience is also fine with angular / reactJS
We need a support 3-4 Hours continuously and whenever need the candidate should be available for management/technical calls.
