Job Summary ( .Net Trainer Part Time )

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable .NET Developer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, a flair for teaching, and the ability to mentor students or professionals to excel in their development careers. This role involves delivering engaging training sessions, creating comprehensive learning materials, and fostering an environment that encourages continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on .NET technologies, including but not limited to C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API.
• Create training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises tailored to the target audience.
• Conduct interactive sessions to explain complex concepts and ensure participants' understanding.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in .NET and related technologies.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to learners, assisting them in project execution.
• Evaluate learners' performance through assignments, tests, and project reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training content.
• Facilitate corporate training sessions for organizations, if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Trainer.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework, and Web API.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical learners effectively.
• Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in .NET or related technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
