You will be focused on developing and refactoring solutions for Studio SaaS, Bluebeam's core
collaboration product, and Studio Prime, Bluebeam's partner integration platform.
As part of the Studio team, you will be responsible for increasing the stability and reliability of
two products are essential functions of Bluebeam's business
In this role, you will work side by side with experts in Architecture, InfoSec, and DevOps to
understand specific requirements, and develop solutions that meet our high availability needs
of 99.999% uptime.
You will work with a team of highly capable and motivated engineers in the design,
implementation and operation of these solutions.
Performs all task types (architecture, coding, research, and decision) on known and unknown
technologies and projects, features, platforms in a way that quickly, efficiently, and effectively
arrives at a solution which correctly balances optimal results with timely results according to
the needs of the project.Mentors and supervises the work of less senior developers working on his/her project to
effectively arrive at solutions that correctly balance optimal results with timely results
according to the project's needs.
Ramps up on new complex problems and code bases to the point of significant project
contribution very fast.
Becomes a go-to expert for complex areas of our systems.
Has a deep understanding of the technology used to develop our products.SHORTLIST REQUIREMENTS
8+ years building high performing/data intensive applications running in the Cloud.
Bachelor's degree or higher - Computer Science or equivalent field.Must have skillsRecent development experience in C# (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core) is an absolute
requirement.
Strong experience architecting and building cloud-native solutions leveraging the AWS
platform is required.
Candidates with
o AWS Cloud Practitioner (Foundational)
o AWS Developer (Associate)Good to have skills
Demonstrable experience with Go, but not a hard requirement.
Knowledge of IaaS code technology such as Terraform preferrable.
Solid knowledge of microservice architecture, containerization and container
orchestration.Soft Skills
A track record of partnering with business and technology team members, to understand
requirements and translate them into value-add technology solutions.
Comfort working on an agile team expected.
Willingness to learn and expand skills and repertoire.
A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organized.
Experience mentoring other team members desirable.
