Job Description
Industry/ Department/ Designation: Banking/Customer Support / Sr.Process Associate
What happens in the role: Need to resolve the customer query related to banking
transaction, debit cards and credit cards.
Skill Requirement: English (Excellent) & Hindi (Above Manageable)
Experience / Fresher: Minimum 1 Year On paper experience in any Domain
Qualification: Any Graduate and PG can apply
Shift: Rotational Day Shift (between 9am to 9pm) & One rotational Week Off
Salary: 2.8LPA (In Hand 17k) + Incentives (Based Upon Performance)
Cab Facility: 2 Ways Pickup & Drop
Company Location (Location Policy): Visakhapatnam (MVP), Candidate will be hired only
with in 25km Radius
Bond: No
Age Criteria: Up to 38
Permanent / Contract: Permanent
Notice Period / Buyout: Immediate Joiner

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
