Designation: Domestic Travel Sales Executive Experience: 1 year to 3 years Location - Sector - 03, Noida Shift timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Morning Shift) Working Days: 6 Days (Mon to Sat) Package: 22k to 30K Benefits: Food Allowance + Huge Incentive : We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Domestic Travel Sales Executive to join our team. As a Domestic Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling domestic travel packages to individuals, families, and groups. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
  • Design customized travel itineraries and packages tailored to the needs and interests of clients.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and favourable terms for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including travel consultants, marketing, and operations, to optimize sales strategies and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for travel and helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of domestic travel destinations, attractions, and suppliers is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 22,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Schedule:
