The Domestic Projects Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of domestic pipeline customer projects. This includes planning, scheduling, communication, and execution to ensure seamless project delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution:
Oversee and coordinate domestic pipeline projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Customer Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for domestic pipeline customers.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their concerns proactively.
Provide regular project updates and reports to customers and stakeholders.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Logistics & Resource Management:
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability.
Work with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage workforce allocation and ensure required resources are available on-site.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and records.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, budgets, and invoices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align project goals.
Facilitate coordination between internal departments for project execution.
Participate in internal meetings and provide status reports on ongoing projects.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Analyze project performance and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 Year experience. Freshers are also welcome.
Strong understanding of pipeline systems, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment & Travel:
Office-based with frequent site visits as required.
Travel may be required based on project location and customer needs.
