Role description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a (BFSI Non-IT Recruitment) Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter/ Lead Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management, Team Management and develop functional recruiting strategies, conduct market research and analysis, and create candidate pipelines using various sourcing techniques. They will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Qualifications

- A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or MBA in HR or a related field is required (Full-Time Only- Correspondence not acceptable).
- 3-5 years of experience in Domestic Non-IT BFSI recruiting and talent acquisition in HR Consulting or Staffing Company Only (Inhouse/US/UK/IT Recruitment exp. wouldn\'t be considerable .
- Prior experience in BFSI Recruitment for Mid. to Leadership Recruitment and Team Co-ordination/lead, or/and Account Manager Role.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with clients and business partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client hiring\'s simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and HR technology including Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
