1. Position Name: Domestic Marketing:
Education - BE/BETech
Experience range - 2 to 6 years
Cadre - FTC to E2
Location - Mumbai
Budget - Upto 10 LPA as per education and experience
JD:
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordination for Power of Attorney, Insurance, Solvency, Bank Guarantees during
Bid submission.
\xef\x82\xb7 Review of contract. Contract Creation in ERP LN and Defining deliverables in ERP
LN. Creation of PAM in IEMQS. Issuance of FIM and Insurance policy (if applicable).
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of Bank Guarantees and Amendments from time to time based on the
requirement of marketing lead, Bank Guarantee draft verification in compliance to
requirement of customer and coordination with F&A to ensure correctness of Bank
Guarantee; coordination with respective marketing lead and HEIC F&A for timely
issuance. Follow up with customer for acceptance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of collection plan based on PMG inputs for business review and
collection forecast. Giving inputs for PARTA meeting and plotting of payment dates
for maintaining the Gross Working Capital.
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow-up with PMG for milestone completion as per budget. Ensuring timely
Milestone invoicing with respect to Purchase Order conditions and follow up for
payment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Dispatch of jobs through ERP LN & invoice Creation in ERP LN (Commercial and
Tax). Coordinating with PMG to ensure correctness of data. LR and all the document
submission to ensure completeness for release of payment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring completeness of supporting documents for claiming payment (Follow up for
Acceptance document, LR etc.).
\xef\x82\xb7 Realization of payment within stipulated time; follow up with customer. Coordination
with corporate for receipt of payment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Claiming payment in ERP LN. & Reconciliation of GST and IT TDS. Time to time
reconciliation of the payment. Liasioning with customer to ensure settlement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow up for closure of Bank Guarantee from customers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Document preparation for authorization from DAE

\xef\x82\xb7 Relationship management with Process Licensor, EPCs, PMC, End Customer and
other stakeholders
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on Experience in Pre & Post Order Activities: Enquiry Management,
Collection, documentation requirement and customer feedback
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have knowledge about commercial terms and conditions and statutory laws
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of HED Products, manufacturing processes and fabrication capabilities
