3+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, specifically in the domestic market.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and the current IT market landscape in India.
Proficiency in using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment and using creative sourcing techniques.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, such as software developers, system administrators, DevOps, cloud engineers, and network engineers.
Familiarity with salary benchmarking and market conditions for IT professionals in India.
Strong understanding of technical skillsets to assess and screen candidates effectively.
