Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, specifically in the domestic market.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and the current IT market landscape in India.
• Proficiency in using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and using creative sourcing techniques.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, such as software developers, system administrators, DevOps, cloud engineers, and network engineers.
• Familiarity with salary benchmarking and market conditions for IT professionals in India.
• Strong understanding of technical skillsets to assess and screen candidates effectively.
