Job Description
We are currently seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad.
Work Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Mode of Work: On-Site (5 days a week)
Shift Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
• At least 3 Yrs of experience in Domestic (India) End-End IT Recruitment.
• Experience with Job Portals/Mailing & Other social media.
• Proven experience in sourcing only for domestic IT recruitment.
• Experience in Contract/ C2H Staffing.
• Using job portals and social networking sites as sources to find profiles.
• Planning interviews and salary negotiations.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Good to have experience hiring roles or skillset in Embedded, and Semiconductor industries.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
