1. Source profiles across various channels job boards, references, and social media
2. Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches.
3. Experience negotiating compensation for closing a candidate.
4. Handle the entire life cycle of the recruitment process (Source/Screen/Schedule)
5. Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
6. Involved in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals across all levels and major IT skills.
7. Experience in sourcing, screening, and finalizing candidates; both contract and fulltime.
8. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Salary as per market standards.
10. Willing to work from office for 5days.
