Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
Use various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management:
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.
Offer Management:
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Negotiate offer terms and manage the onboarding process.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively recruit top IT talent.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
