Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and the ability to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
- Use various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.
- Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate offer terms and manage the onboarding process.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively recruit top IT talent.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in domestic IT recruitment.
