We are excited to announce openings for the position of Domestic Customer Service Executive at our newly launched BPO in Siliguri. We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Position: Domestic Customer Service Executive
Location: Siliguri
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (One day off per week)
•Qualifications and Skills: •
Educational Background:
Minimum qualification of high school diploma (10+2) or equivalent.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in the required languages Hindi and English.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Active listening and clarity in speech.
Computer Literacy:
Basic knowledge of computers and ability to use CRM software.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) is beneficial.
Experience:
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a sales role is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Ability to handle objections, complaints, and challenging customer interactions professionally.
Attention to Detail:
High attention to detail, especially when verifying information or updating records.
•Key Responsibilities: •
Initiating Verification Calls: Make outbound calls to businesses to verify their credentials, such as address, contact information, and operational details.
Data Validation: Ensure that the business information provided is accurate and complete by cross-checking it against the company's records.
Document Verification: Verify submitted documents and confirm their authenticity through phone communication.
Maintaining Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business information responsibility, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality during the verification process.
Accurate Data Entry: Mention verified information in the CRM accurately and promptly.
Communication and Clarification: Clearly communicate with businesses to clarify any doubts or questions regarding the verification process.
Adhering to Protocols: Follow verification procedures and company protocols to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Salary: ?10,000 per month.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives of up to ?10,000 per month.
