Roles and responsibilities
Interact with Travel agents by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various issues, Handling Inbound calls and Providing support to Travel agents pertaining to all booking related enquiries.
Outbound calls for agent Survey/ Feedbacks/Cold calling/emails, Issuance of Budget and GDS tickets and handling emails, Knowledge and hands on Experience on GDS Tools like: Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre and others preferred.
Provide hands on support to agents on booking, cancellation and refund, Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience, Capturing and applying agents feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
