Technical Leadership:

Lead the technical design and development of software projects within the Securities, Asset Management and Wealth Management domain.

Work closely with architects and developers to ensure code quality, adherence to technical standards, and efficient utilization of technology platforms.

Stay current with emerging technologies and advancements relevant to the financial services industry.

Process Leadership:

Oversee the entire software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.

Manage change requests and maintain project documentation.

Domain Expertise:

Possess deep knowledge of the Securities, Asset Management and Wealth Management domain, including relevant regulations, processes, and best practices.

Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure software solutions align with business needs.

Delivery Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing solutions to address issues and deviations.

Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
