Overview:We are looking for talented and experienced TLM Duco Recon Developers to join our team. The TLM Duco Recon Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining reconciliation processes using the Duco platform within the Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data reconciliation, and financial services, with expertise in using the Duco platform for reconciliation purposes.Key Responsibilities: * Reconciliation Process Development:

• Design, develop, and implement reconciliation processes within the Duco platform to meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Customize and configure reconciliation rules, workflows, and matching criteria to automate reconciliation processes and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reconciliation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Duco Platform Configuration:

• Configure and maintain the Duco platform, including setting up new reconciliations, data sources, and mappings.
• Perform system configurations, parameterization, and data model enhancements to support reconciliation processes and data integrity.
• Data Analysis and Validation:

• Analyze data sources and formats to ensure compatibility and accuracy for reconciliation purposes.
• Develop and execute data validation scripts and queries to verify data integrity and identify discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and reconcile variances between source systems and reconciliation results.
• Integration and Automation:

• Integrate the Duco platform with other systems and applications to streamline data flows and automate reconciliation processes.
• Implement API integrations, data feeds, and file transfers to facilitate data exchange and synchronization between systems.
• Documentation and Reporting:

• Document reconciliation processes, configurations, and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Generate and distribute reconciliation reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders to track reconciliation status and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
