Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Documentation Officer

with expertise in handling legal documentation for European countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, experience in managing documentation processes, and the ability to provide seamless client follow-up services.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, review, and process legal documents related to European countries. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and documentation standards. Maintain accurate records and manage document filing systems. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Minimum

1 year

of experience in legal documentation, preferably with a focus on European countries. Knowledge of European legal systems and documentation procedures. Experience in client handling, follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
