Role Overview: As a Documentation Intern, you will assist in creating, managing, and maintaining critical business documents such as MOUs, employee contracts, founders' agreements, and other statutory documents. This role is specifically tailored for students looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in corporate governance, compliance, and professional documentation standards. Key Responsibilities: Document Drafting: Prepare, edit, and format important legal and operational documents, including: Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). Employee contracts and agreements. Founders' agreements and partnership documents. Statutory reports and corporate filings. Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring timely filings, maintaining proper documentation for audits, and preparing records required for compliance with regulatory authorities. Research Assistance: Conduct research on best practices for corporate documentation and compliance. Data Management: Organize and manage document repositories, ensuring all records are properly categorized and easily accessible. Process Mapping: Collaborate with mentors to map workflows, creating templates and guides for recurring documentation needs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers to ensure all documentation aligns with organizational and legal standards. Learning Opportunities: Practical experience with essential documents like MOUs, employment contracts, and founders' agreements. Exposure to compliance procedures and legal documentation required for corporate governance. Hands-on guidance from experienced professionals in finance, operations, and legal frameworks. Requirements: Education: Currently enrolled in a commerce, business administration, or law program. Aspirants pursuing or planning to pursue CA, CS, or related professional qualifications. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of corporate laws, employment agreements, and compliance procedures.
