Your JobWe are seeking a Documentation Executive - Container Entry for India Night Shift (US Day shift) at our Mumbai Office. • Export container detail entry
• Capture container details in FOPS timely and accurately to comply with documentation cutoffs and minimize the work and expense associated with container detail revisions post-sailing
• Track containers on Clear Metal/SSL\'s website to ensure container numbers reported by supplier/trucker match the container numbers reported by the Shipping lines.
• Enter container detail data from emails/spreadsheets/PDFs from our suppliers and truckers into FOPS.
• Escalate potential data inaccuracies to transportation dispatchers.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Possess good English communication skills, both oral and written.
