JOB ROLE:- Documentation Executive

JOB DISCRIPTION :-

1. Create & Manage ERP Entries :

Input and update data within the ERP system.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries for inventory, production.

Generate reports and analyze data to assist in decision-making.

2. ISO and CE Certification Management :

Maintain documentation related to ISO and CE certifications.

Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with standards.

Keep up-to-date with changes in certification requirements and assist in the renewal process.

3. Daily Production Report :

Compile daily production data and prepare reports.

Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in production efficiency.

4. Product Manual :

Create and update user manuals and technical documentation for products.

Ensure manuals are clear, accurate, and comply with industry standards.

Collaborate with product development teams to reflect the latest product features.

5. Export/Import Documentation :

Prepare and manage documentation required for international trade.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
