Company Profile: Our client is European MNC involved in Import & Export of Pharmaceuticals & Medical Consumables.
Position: Documentation Coordinator
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Profile: * Coordinate with respective sales segment on handling various tender, quotation, prequalification, long term agreements etc. requests and complete the task meeting the deadlines.

• Communicate and co-ordinate with manufacturers for collection of various documents.
• Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers for collection of samples.
• Review of collected documents from manufacturer and documents received from QA, RA, Auditor, Procurement, Sales back office.
• Upload and maintenance of certificates and documents into GO system (SharePoint).
• Ensure that expired and missing site and product certificates are collected from the manufacturer enhancing our document compliance level.
• Coordinate with the manufacturer relating timely receipt of documents and sample incl. internal escalation in case of any problem or non-conformance by the manufacturer.
• Coordinate for clarification towards Sales/ Quality/ Registration/ Procurement any matter of relevance on documents.
• Support QA for any missing documents needed for product/supplier pre-qualification.
• Support RA for upload of our own certificates or registration from suppliers.
• KPI monitoring, compliance to defined KPI and reporting of KPI.

Desired Candidate:
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy with 1 - 3 years of experience in document handling with QA/QC/RA from a pharmaceutical company or in on hand GMP (plant and product related documents)
