Job Title: Documentation Assistant
Location: Kakanad, Kochi
Salary: Based on experience
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Proficiency in MS Word , MS Excel , and Typing Skills
• Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal)
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in documentation or administrative roles is a plus, but not mandatory
• Candidates from Kochi are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and spreadsheets
• Data entry and maintaining records in MS Word and Excel
• Typing and formatting documents as per instructions
• Handling general office administrative tasks related to documentation
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Desired Skills:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation work
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools (especially Word and Excel)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
