Logistics Customer Service Rep will earn $12 to14.75 an hour depending on experience.
Full time job on 1st shift.
Logistics Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Approach customer's needs and process export/ domestic shipments with a sense of urgency
Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
Learn all aspects of logistics/ exports
Prepare documents and invoices
Perform data entry
Logistics Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High School Diploma/ GED
Proficiency with computer applications
Dynamic customer rapport; professional
Basic accounting knowledge
Sound troubleshooting skills
COVID-19 precautions
Remote interview process
Personal protective equipment provided or required
Temperature screenings
Social distancing guidelines in place
Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
