Since this is a remote position, candidates should be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage their time effectively.Key Responsibilities: * Document Review:

• Carefully review submitted documents, such as identification cards, bank statements, contracts, proof of address, and other supporting documents.
• Ensure that the documents meet the necessary criteria for acceptance by verifying their authenticity and completeness.
• Data Entry and Processing:

• Input information from verified documents into the companys system accurately and promptly.
• Update client records and ensure that all relevant data is recorded correctly to avoid any discrepancies.
• Compliance and Accuracy:

• Ensure that all documents are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
• Report any discrepancies, missing information, or signs of document fraud to management.
• Communication with Clients and Teams:

• Communicate effectively with clients to request additional information or clarification, when necessary.
• Collaborate with other teams (such as customer support or compliance) to resolve any issues related to document verification.
• Maintaining Confidentiality:

• Handle all sensitive customer and client information with a high level of confidentiality and in accordance with company privacy policies and legal regulations.
• Adhere to data protection guidelines to safeguard personal information.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Identify potential issues during the document verification process and work with other departments to resolve problems swiftly.
• Recommend improvements to enhance document verification procedures and overall efficiency.
• Time Management and Reporting:

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for document verification processing while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• Provide regular updates and reports on progress, challenges, and completion of tasks to team leads or supervisors.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus).
• Experience: Previous experience in document verification, data entry, or administrative support is preferred, but not required.
• Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with computer systems and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
