To support its growth, John Cockerill Energy Solutions, headquartered in Belgium, is opening an office in Mumbai. To reinforce its India Execution Center, John Cockerill Energy Solutions is hiring a Document Controller . The Document Controller takes over the administration and the control of the technical documentation. He/She is responsible to assure the administrative conformity of the technical documentation to the contracts and to internal quality standards as defined in the QMS (quality management system) of the Energy Sector of John Cockerill. Key Responsibilities The Document Controller is responsible for the administration of the technical documentation of the projects with the following objectives: Administrative conformity of the technical documentation, Respect of the Document Control Process as defined in the QMS of the Sector, Supply of a fast and reliable service to the execution teams in order to respect the document contractual delivery schedules of projects, Coherence between document data basis and project management tools. The duties are amongst others: Application of the Document Control Process, Check of administrative compliance of the technical documentation, Initiation of documents approval flow, Management of internal distribution lists, Internal distribution of the technical documentation to the execution teams, Coherence of technical documentation data basis, Completeness of project management tools such as the Master Document Lists of projects, Archival storage of the technical documentation, Data encoding such as employees time sheets. Education Experience 2 years experience preferably in technical or industrial context as Document Controller Graduate in Arts / Science Background, Skills and Competencies Good written and oral skills in English Familiar with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Data Base Management
