1 .Document Management:
• Create, organize, maintain, and control all documents related to projects, contracts, operations, and compliance.
• Ensure all documents are filed according to company procedures and project-specific requirements.
• Implement an efficient document filing and retrieval system (physical and electronic).
• Maintain version control and document history to ensure the most current document is available.
2. Quality Control:
• Ensure all documents are checked for accuracy and completeness.
• Review documents for proper formatting, content, and signatures as required.
3. Data Entry and Tracking:
• Record and track document details, such as document types, revisions, and status.
4. Coordination and Distribution:
• Distribute documents to relevant departments and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure documents are received, acknowledged, and actioned.
5. Archiving and Storage:
• Manage both electronic and hard-copy archives in accordance with document retention policies.
• Ensure the safe and secure storage of sensitive or confidential documents.
6. Software and Tools:
Maintain electronic document storage and assist with the transition to digital records
