Job Summary:
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and accessibility. This role involves overseeing document workflows, compliance with company standards, and supporting teams with document-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Google sheets and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
• Document Management:
• Maintain and organize all project and company documentation in accordance with established procedures and policies.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated, and accessible.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure proper document numbering, formatting, and version control.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders promptly and efficiently.
• Serve as the main point of contact for document-related queries and support across departments.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track the status of document workflows and maintain detailed logs.
• Generate regular reports on document control activities.
