  • The Integrated Management System (IMS) is backbone of the plants platform to ensure zero accidents, zero defects, meet food industry manufacturing/analytical processes requirements, and the best customer service via documentation, audit and reviews.
  • The IMS framework comprising ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, ISO 17025, AWS and key programs (i.e. IMCR, Management Review, Document Management and Record Keeping, Training, Problem Solving, Internal Audit, Live Positively, Corrective Preventive Action).
  • The process control Coordinator is part of the QA team. This role is responsible for maintaining the Document Control Centre to ensure its overall effectiveness of the CPS INDIA Integrated Management System. This position works with the System stakeholders to provide guidance and status according to The Coca-Cola Company and international standards requirements.
  • Study and create packaging specification, evaluate packaging material and ensure the packaging fitness for use and handling of all packing material documentation which is part of quality system.
B. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Prioritized Responsibilities% of Time - (60%)Management Systems -Manage and maintain the Document Control Center
  • Update and maintain Master Control Document. Understand KORE requirements and update internal stakeholders as needed. Coordinate documentation for ISO/KORE system elements and key programs. Ensure all documents are standardized in accordance to prescribed templates. Ensure document revision, format including grammar, spelling and codification is accurate before upload to EtQ. Manage controlled document distribution in EtQ and hardcopies distribution in the plant.
  • Responsible for all training related to Documentation Control, EtQ, Good Document Practices, etc, for associates. Maintain Training Database and training records of associates. Serve as the Document Controller for INDIA CPS by maintaining records, procedures, process and testing data.
QSE Systems Related Audits and CAPA-
  • Support in the coordination and implementation of internal audits and external audits by certification bodies and regulatory bodies. Ensure plant is audit ready at all times. Lead and/or co-lead in internal audits according to audit program. Support in surveillance external audits program. Support in Supplier Audits across CPS Asia QA DWT.
  • Maintain CAPA Database. Monitor and generate status reports on the number of CAPAs log into the system. Follow-up with stakeholders on open/pending corrective/preventive actions. File Deviation/Suggestion Reports and its corresponding information.
IMS Meeting and Management Review-
  • Coordinate monthly IMS meetings and half-yearly Management Review. Provide support in preparing monthly meetings (training materials, overheads, presentations, etc.) Prepare minutes of meetings and distribution. Track effectiveness indicators and review action items and prepare status report.
Packaging development and routine incoming inspection - 20%
  • Work with packaging suppliers to meet requirements
  • Collate packaging information to ensure completeness and accuracy in PICASSO and related databases.
  • Incoming inspection of packaging material and ensure the packaging material meet our spec prior to use.
Process control - 20%
  • Ensure all manufacturing instructions (SMI) are followed by production effectively.
  • Organize and support plants associates to use the problem solving tools for root-cause analysis and action plans to eliminate the recurrence of quality issue
  • Participate in risk assessment for plant key processes to mitigate the risk of failure to deliver Quality product.
  • Routinely monitoring and adherence to process coGood Manufacturing Practices of the highest standard and ensure plants security program are in-placed effective.
  • Follow-up on the execution of the GMP program in the plant.
  • Refresher training of KORE requirements
C. Skills Required -
  • Communication - He/she has to communicate with All Plant associates, CPS Management system network, CPS Packaging Team and also communicate with packaging suppliers.
  • Interpritaion - Participate in KORE compliance and mange EtQA document management systems. Co-ordinate joint efforts for packaging material fitness and is identified to lead audits and corrective action program. Daily contact with the Leadership Team, Wider Management Team and associates throughout the plant.
  • Analysis - Responsible to optimize the existing documentation, processes and package material to upgrade the quality of our products and processing/quality system.
D. Qualification -Bachelor of science or postgraduate degree, major in the subject of chemistry or food science, or biochemistryDegree and Diploma in packaging is desirable.E. Related Experience Requirement -
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience in maintaining ISO systems and documentation and packaging material testing/development
  • Full understanding of ISO Standards and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of food safety and OHS risk analysis. Good Auditing Skills and CAPA management. Basic SAP knowledge. Knowledge of problem solving methods.
  • Good technical writing and speaking in English.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Packaging.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Computer knowledge (Power point, excel, word, flowcharting, e-mail, outlook, internet)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work in shifts and in ambiguous conditions of meeting dead line
