Job Title: Document Analyst.


Location: Hyderabad, India


Key Responsibilities:


• Extraction Template Build: Creating templates using Elemica's software tools to extract data from various supply chain business documents (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, claims).
• Document Sample Review: Conducting initial reviews of sample documents to assess their suitability for automation and anticipated extraction levels.
• Annotations: Generating annotations for business documents based on customer requirements.
• Sample and Folder Management: Organizing and maintaining customer business document samples and folders, as well as maintaining rollout sheets to track onboarding status.
• Template Testing: Testing template builds to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Template Changes and Fixes: Responding to client change requests to modify templates, adapt to format/layout changes, or address issues.
• Training: Providing training to new team members when necessary.
• Feedback and Communication: Offering feedback on technical governance and actively communicating with cross-functional teams for collaboration and customer support.
• Service Support Rotation: Rotating into the Service Support Team to handle live workflows, checking and amending exceptions, confirms, and errors within strict SLA timelines.
• Monitoring: Monitoring dashboards, support tickets, transactions, and onboarding progress, and suggesting and implementing changes to enhance automation and improve customer experience.
• Other Duties: Performing reasonable duties within the scope of the job and in accordance with company policies and procedures.


Experience and Skills Required:


• 4+ years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work within SLAs and manage workloads effectively.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to learn and progress independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing.


Education and Certification :


• Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer science, Information Technology
